Dr. Charmaine Brown, long time Peckham resident and Senior Lecturer at Greenwich University, gave a talk on how the African-Caribbean community regenerated Peckham before ‘Regeneration’, Black people’s empowerment through wealth creation, and the experiences of the Windrush generation and their families in Peckham and London.
